Bruce Lee

Lee was born in San Francisco while his parents were on tour in the U.S. but was raised in Hong Kong. He returned to the United States to pursue acting and furthering his education. Considered the father of mixed martial arts, he revolutionized both the martial arts competition and film worlds. He advocated a simple lifestyle, focused on living in the moment, bending with the forces around you and sharpening how you think into alignment with your goals. Another great being that was sadly taken far too early.

When you know yourself but not your opponent, you will win one and lose one. However, when you do not know yourself or your opponent, you will be imperiled every time.”
